Goodreads Description:
The queen has returned.
Everyone Celaena Sardothien loves has been taken from her. But she’s at last returned to the empire—for vengeance, to rescue her once-glorious kingdom, and to confront the shadows of her past…
She has embraced her identity as Aelin Galathynius, Queen of Terrasen. But before she can reclaim her throne, she must fight.
She will fight for her cousin, a warrior prepared to die for her. She will fight for her friend, a young man trapped in an unspeakable prison. And she will fight for her people, enslaved to a brutal king and awaiting their lost queen’s triumphant return.
The fourth volume in the New York Times bestselling series continues Celaena’s epic journey and builds to a passionate, agonizing crescendo that might just shatter her world.
Review:
My feelings where definetely played more in this book!
AELIN AND ROWAN I MEAN CAN WE EVEN JUST I CANT I MEAN HELLO WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT
That is probably one of my favorite gifs when it comes to fangirling.
Anyways!
HOLY SHIT!
Maas just keeps getting more freaking intense!
As always, since I have been hitting a reading slump but forcing through it the beggining is always hard to power through but once I did
Damn guys
That freaking ending! The last 30% of the book were freaking impossible to put down! Shit was going down left and right, new friendships made and destroyed
The unexpected is to be expected
It is almost hard to believe what happened in the first and second books, that all seems like a different world, a whole different universe, this is totally such an advancement from how it all started and what the characters have all gone through.
Favorite new series?
It's totally getting there. I will however not be moving on to Empire of Storms (Book 5) Until it is closer to release
so no more Throne of Glass reviews next week XD
I need me a break.
